Beautiful and healthy feet step by step
For warm feet:
Rub with peppermint and aloe vera gel.
For tired feet:
Revitalise feet with avocado oil, olive oil and sesame oil mixed with clove oil.
For odours:
Bath feet in warm water with pine needle oil, tea tree oil and eucalyptus oil.
Intensive care for the feet
Preparations:
Honey and milk cleansing lotion:
10 kemiri nuts
3 tsp. honey
4 tsp. honey
Mix the nuts with the water, strain nutmeat through a cheesecloth and put aside.
Add the honey to the milk and mix thoroughly.
Lemon grass infusion:
250 g lemon grass
250 g boiling water
Pour boiling water over lemon grass, close the container and leave to cool for 20 minutes. Strain.
Kemiri nuts peeling:
remaining kemiri nutmeat from the honey and milk cleansing lotion
2 cups of lemon grass infusion
Mix the nutmeat with lemon grass infusion so that they form a moist paste.
Instructions:
- Wash your feet in a bowl with a few drops of your favourite oil. Dry well, including between the toes and around the nails.
- Rub the honey and milk cleansing lotion on both feet with a cotton cloth. The nut content has a tightening effect and adds moisture.
- Rub feet with the kemiri nut peeling so, massaging the toes and soles of the feet to stimulate the nerve ends.
- Wash away the peeling with a warm cloth, remove the rest using the honey and milk lotion.
