Natural moisturisers from the heart of Africa:
Shea butter and cocoa butter from Africa, combined with fragrant coconut oil are the main components of bioemsan body butter. A blend of essential oils from vanilla, hibiscus seeds, camomile, cedar etc. gives this high-quality moisturiser a very special, subtle aroma.
Africans have used shea butter as an important cosmetic product and food for many years. In this case, it comes from controlled organic farming in a women’s project in Burkina Faso. The special thing about shea butter is the unusually high percentage of so-called fat-soluble substances such as flavonoids, phytosterols, micro-nutrients, flavourings and vitamins. Flavonoids help the skin cells’ regeneration process. Vitamin E protects from “free radicals” that are responsible for premature cell ageing. Vitamin A energises the development of corns on the skin, phytosterols help blood flow and allantion, the healing part of comfrey, is contained in shea butter.
Easy to use:
Slide the stick of butter over clean skin and massage in the butter which melts from the body heat.
Do no leave in the blazing sun or the stick will melt! Do not expose to high temperatures over 35 °C.
Tips: Keep the bioemsan body butter in the fridge during summer and you will experience a wonderfully fresh treat after sunbathing.
